I have purchased all these books from: http://www.amazon.com/

If anyone wants a synopsis of the book itself...they need only to go to the Amazon site and type either the Author's name, or the Book name into the entry field in the left sidebar they will see once the page fully loads. There is a drop down menu for picking Title, Author, Keyword I believe.

Anyway.....here are the names of the book and info. I have about locating them, if a person chooses not to use the Amazon site for ordering them. I will say here I have ordered just about all of books from there for the last 3 years. I have had no problems with this site/company in all that time. They are very reliable and most things ship within 24 hours of ordering them. This ordering is done on a "secure page" on their site.

This book I read cover to cover in less then one week. It is an excellent referrence and a very easy read...as it's set up in a question/answer format. Set up this way it tends to go a bit faster than an ordinary book would.
